How to Differentiate Essential Tremor From the Parkinson's Rest Tremor
In Parkinson's disease, you'll see it on one side of the body first. And then over time, it may cross to the other side or to an adjacent limb. Essential tremor progresses more slowly over many decades. It's an action tremor, so postural, kinetic and later in the disease intention tremor.
