Dwain: Knowing that we're not alone, and then being able to watch that pane from a mindful perspective, helps us shift it, change it. And i love that you brought out perspective, dwain, because i really think that that is key to recovery. One of one of the things they teach us in mindfulness is that when you're meditating and your brain wanders off and you start thinking about something else, and you notice it and you bring it back, that's a victory.
