We do so much better and we're so much more engaged when we feel like this is a space. This is a comment section, this is an account where I belong. There are people that have similar interests to me and that similar interest is whatever your brand is standing for. It honestly just comes down to, are you like providing value to your community? And if that value is making them feel like they've had or something, teaching them something, making them feel good, of course, they're going to be interested in sticking around.
