I think one area in which the UK has been world leading is in surveillance. Iqnarc existed before the pandemic exists now, where it routinely collects data on every single intensive care admission in adults. We have that data. And what happened during the pandemic is that they quickly added extra information relevant to COVID so we could let it know within days and weeks they started collecting it. So that capability is still there. It's a very, very expensive system that's not informing any decisions because the decisions have been made.
