The Role of Organizational Factors in the Police Incident
There are actually these organizational factors that fed into that. There's some cultural stuff in terms of psychological safety and feeling protected with a crew member that you're working things like that. I guess what we are hopefully going to see is that there is some procedural justice here and that they're going to be looking at the systems not just the end result which was the individual's behavior.
