How to View a Neutral Thing in a Positive Way
If you're just starting out, I would recommend guided meditations because you're able to view it as a thought is independent from you. It doesn't represent who you are. If you attach yourself so heavily to your thoughts, that's when you think this is me, this is my identity. But anything can be changed. And the brain's constantly rewiring itself. You the brain will go wherever you guide it to go,. Sometimes with more resistance, because it might be really sad in its ways but it can always change.
