Why I'm an Accidental Economist
i was appalled by the inanity and lack of intellectual coherence of what passes as economic science, so i dropped it. I studied mathematics. And then after ie finished he course work that one does as a graduate student, i do right tation. A if you have something related to economics in in your degree, maybe your political views are taken more seriously than if you have biology or pysics. Remember oscar wilde's aphorism that a cynic is he who knows the price of everything and the value of nothing? Public libraries are a very good example of that.
