Cremation in Britain - A Guide to Cremation
In 18 84, a father in britain attempted to burn his son's body on a hill. The church fought politically to keep it illegal by saying that if you did this, your actes couldn't be buried in a churchyard. Traditional burials remain the majority practised throughout in many african religions. Burial is not just an expression of respectful gratitude, it's a way to curry favour with a departing soul.
