Feeling the Awareness Inside the Hands
Let the shoulders be filled with awareness. See if you can feel from the inside out the tingling or vibrating places of tension or flow inside the shoulders. Notice, if it's possible, let the hands rest more easily, letting them be quite soft. You might sense an openness at the chestplacing the awareness inside the area of the heartn again. Just noticing the felt sense the movement of sensationspressure, tightness, flow, heatwhatever's there. And ose include the space that those sensations are moving in, floating in.
