Nuclear Power - What's the Difference Between the West and the East?

The west has lost leadership in nuclear power technology. The chinese are building a significant amount of reactors. A one gigowat reactor is going to solve electricity problems for three quarters of a million people. There will be a major change in attitude when people realize that this whole green climate agenda, even if you still love the agenda, it's expensive. But right now, you have 60 reactors under construction globaly with several each year hitting the grid.
