Product Management Job Titles Are a Car Crash
It's fair to say that product management job titles are more or less a car crash. They certainly, they can be - one person's CPO is another person's VP and so on. What we try and do is just boil it down to what do you need them to do? What's the scope of the role? What impact you're looking for? Another good question is how big's the team because that dictates the level of person and the type of person. So yeah, there's no sense. There isn't this industry standard, definitely not.
