Angioedema

The patient was more dynamically stable, no striders on exam. On exam, he was a febrile. He had marked swelling of the upper and lower lips, face and tongue. The rest of the exam was pretty unremarkable with his normal limits. What do you all think? Charmin, you're really challenging us with this case.
