The Politics of the Supreme Court

A huge swath of politics is now in the realm of the courts. It's this discomfort with using political power. We elected our representatives to make sure that there are more conservative, originalist nominees. But i also think there's a second confusion, or lack of distinction between aggressive politics and things that i would consider completely below the bill.
