The Importance of Timing in Exercise
Timing of these things is really important. I don't even think that the bulk of the research community understands the importance of this. When you go to sleep and when you wake up has a huge influence. You can so sleep seven hours, eight hours, but when those sleep hours occur will influence how much of a benefit you get from sleep. And we're going to start to understand the importance of that sooner or later.
