The Role of Justice Thomas in the Dobs Decision

Chief Justice Roberts has taken a hard line on this issue from the very beginning of his time on the court. Thomas's concurrence in the Dobs case also seemed to sort of excite in some sense on the left and right, people more than the original decision itself. This does offer an opportunity to start looking at DEI mandates that are being used right now for hiring and higher education.
