How to Scale a Product Organization

Sally Kohn: How did you get the buy in and convince people that you need to actually scale this team and get additional headcount? Kohn: I think just starting it up, frankly, I'm really heavy on the storytelling and the qualitative. Here's what we could do. Here's a bunch of examples of things that I've seen work in the past. Really identifying pain points of the product organization and kind of those adjacent functions as well. When you go and you're trying to get more headcount later, I think the conversation is a bit different at that point.
