The Importance of Community Building and Social Media

I think there's always an opportunity for community building and social media. No economist would have ever imagined that you could have a technology where you would mostly pay nobody anything to produce enormous amounts of content out there. That makes no sense to an economist. I'm interested in hearing your take on it. Like what's your hot take on social media?
