What Are the Outliers?

A lot of this analysis, the way I look at it is I'm looking for outliers. Was there an on new upsell model or something that might have been implemented on the site that didn't exist last year or even six months ago? So those are the non obvious metrics that I will look at. And same thing, try to do as many ratio or percentage based charts, line graphs, et cetera, to help me pick out those big increases or decreases.
