The market's at nearly 20 times. It seems to be betting on a soft landing. Soft landings only tend to happen when the Fed has been proactive with monetary tightening. In this case, they've been badly behind the curve and badly reactive. So how do we get sticky inflation out of the system without a hard landing that the market implicitly is betting against? Right.
