How to Make Non-Alcoholic Beer

You can make non-alcoholic beer by steeping your grains for one hour at room temperature and then take the grains out, raise it up to a boil. That's a, that is a, a method that brewers use, cold mashing or non-insomatic mashing. The other side is higher temperature. At this point, you are denaturing the enzymes. You're getting those out of the liquid and that's what the yeast will then use to ferment.
