What Happens to the Bisphosphinates?

Of the women that you ultimately treat for either ostio proces or hopefully prior to tatthe the ostiopena of that stage before, how many of them need to go on a different treatment? We don't have a lot of options for treatment after bisphosphenates. There's chloride. There are other measurements, there are other treatments. I will often send them to a rheumatologist who probably has more cutting knowledge of the ones who fall through the cracks. And i feel my job as a genacologist is treat the preponderance of patients and prevent the disease from recurring.
