As long as you're activating all of this different motor units, and I guess fatiguing those kind of fiber spectrum, the results pretty much going to be the same. You hear a lot of people talking about how carbohydrates have a protein sparing effect. So where do you stand on in terms of like carbohydrate requirements for people looking to optimize for muscle hypertrophy? Yeah, that's a good question. But it's an open question; most of what I'm saying is speculation.
