Is Sweden an Outlier?
Excess death is a tricky measurement, like all measurements and you should be quite careful about over stating what it actually tells you. We vaccinated very much and we did vaccinate extremely focused on the partial population with a higher risk early on. And I think that has had an effect on the excess mortality over time. The World Health Organization seems to be pushing through amendments to these international health regulations. If they are signed and agreed, this legal document could severely restrict in a future pandemic the independent movement of a country like Sweden.
