X-Cha: A New Faction

X-Cha as a faction starts with the following units. Two cruisers, four infantry, three fighters and they do have a PDS at home. Graviton laser systems is an off-forgotten about yellow tech that allows you to basically shoot your PDS at non-fighters exclusively. It is a tech that I would say is pretty much only useful in their hands. What I start with a different tech if I could. But I would say it's from... There was an interesting evolution of X-Cha. They've kind of split the difference now in that there is some value to it, I think.
