Notice how you're feeling, notice the sensations and feelings and perceptions, and then choose what you would like to experience. Sop notice, feel your body then shows how you would like to feel. And actually, that would feel very good. That little chocolate dice cream would feel very good if i took the right amount and ate it mifully. It would actually be exhilarating.
