The Fear of Trump

The Trump phenomenon reminds us that our American public is often more swayed by what they think they know of a person than what they think of. I find it so interesting that either there is a mental health disconnect that causes someone to make a statement about a virus protecting certain groups of people, but also say that he's more pro-Israel than any other Jewish Democrat. And I attribute that to just this culture of lifting up influence without any other requirement than have a good name and have lots of followers.
