The idea there is that if you have a small population of a sexual organisms, that occasionally a diletarious mutation will arise. And the formerly better genotype is lost forever. So how does that work? I mean, over how do you intermingle sort of shorter time scales with these really long time scales? Ye, well, that a deferet into question, because id al so ah,. i guess maybe the mechanisms are, they're clearer, urther more intuitive, or both. It could be biotic interactions which invents the necessary physiological machinery to keep going in life when things go on quicker. Ah, but it's hard to pin teality down at this point.
