Tinder co-founder and CEO Alex Kinsman talks about how he came up with the idea for his company. He says it all started when he was trying to move from California to New York, where rents are very expensive. One thing that really annoyed him: The $5,000 security deposit you had to put down on your first apartment in New York City. It's not like they're using it for working capital; it's just "dead money," said Kinsman.
