The writing is sort of on the wall here for this whole area am I right? The body processes agave slightly differently to table sugar and this is because agave is made up mostly of fructose. If we consume it in excess the liver can start making fat in the form of triglycerides from the fructose but this would have to be quite large amounts of fructose intake that I don't think many of us would typically consume.
