Ab: We have drawn a lot of inspiration from how film is produced. The way you hire in film, as i understand it, is its based on your portfolio and then a addition or equivalent. Whereas the way typically youre hired in tech is based on your resume. It dosn't make any sense. You look at their portfolio, then you have them do in addition. And again, i think that's something that we can and should lean from in sofwere.
