How to Create Structure for Yourself

I was very organized as a kid. I just kept everything clean. And then the main thing for me was just like street workout and calisthenics. So that lasted all the way through high school when I started learning languages. Then until faculty, I already have built this type of discipline and ability to just set a goal and decompose the path to that goal into smaller steps.
