How to Scale Read the Docs on Azure

Garnicorn is using a threaded model of pre-fork. We're running, I think we're currently six instances. And that that's about where it is. Read the docs is also on Azure, but it's basically just using like base VMs and what are called scaling sets. So read the docs actually auto scales.
