So if you design an ai to have limited power, or only power in certain areas, that's relatively easy to define nowadays with a training data which is never going to work. In the case where the a i becomes powerful, but i don't think we can count on markets to constrain the power of a eyes, because we just don't know how they will interact with each other and what great power they may achieve. I think we have to act on their goals and their motivations as well
