The Different Types of Industrial Managed Switches

Industrial equipment is often powered by 24 to maybe 48 volts DC coming in on these hardwired terminal block connections. The temperature rating on something like this could be, I'd say standard industrial Temperature range is like zero to 60C. Extended industrial temperature range is like minus 40 to plus 85C. These things are going out in outdoor panels in West Texas in the peak of summer and supposed to be running the whole time. They're fanless. Like there should be no moving parts because that's just a maintenance nightmare for the environments these are going in.
