How Do You Set the Tone and Establish Values for Community Building?

Leading by example is a really powerful way to create foundations as a community builder. I think when the mean stock me error was happening, that was a coupleo years into public community building efforts. By then you had some orm set in place, and so you could lean on members to help with moderation. In the early days, you have the opportunity to show people how you want to show up in the space in a way that they can imitate.
