The Move Away From Multifunctional Devices
It's not what we might think of VR which is as something that gives you this sort of immersive visual experience or a 3D world building of some kind. So there's nothing in your peripheral vision. There's no notifications. You can't even see the phone by the side of you because you're literally locked into your book. It's quite, for a digital thing it's quite analogue. And yeah as I said in the column and as you mentioned this is, it feels like it's a move away from these multifunctional devices.
