Sometimes I think people mistake getting things done and being you know this this person that constantly delivers for OCD. That can also just be sometimes its own version of OCD and that can sometimes be celebrated. No one's gonna like take charge of that for you like other people it actually works quite well for other people if you're pushing yourself to the limit like it's not sustainable. You sort of have to be a little bit selfish or at least kind of self directed to walk this back.
