The Problems With Monogamy
Theories of monogamy are increasingly coming under attack in anthropology. The idea that a woman would even have known who the father of her child was requires some really complex scientific knowledge about the way that paternity works, which human actually didn't have until relatively recently. It's just like a bunch of male anthropologists sitting around in a room and being like, I wonder how I can justify the fact that I want to go out and have sex with a bunch of women.
