Growth is not a good thing. It has implications for people who don't have much money or a high living standard at the moment. And politically, it's very dangerous too. We've had centuries of experience of living standards rising over time. The climate crisis is propelled by this gospel of growth. So in a way, maybe thank you for bringing up growth because that I think is even more important than GDP to tackle. Perhaps we'll do it for another programme at another time.
