There's a motivation of wanting to know truth, like wanting to really know what's going on here and that can be helpful for especially looking at your shadow. And then there's a motivator of service or motivation of being aligned with your Dharma. Then there might be even just a motivation of being with what is. It starts again to a very nebulous motivation but when I've talked to some very enlightened people they kind of say, well, I just, I'm just here to be with this moment and that's my motivation.
