President Kagame: We are in the search of what to do to recover, but also to continue anyway doing what was needed even before COVID. The RST helps to find a different approach adding to what exists already, enabling countries to find resources. At the same time, we quadruple partnerships between the public and the private because governments alone cannot do much on their own. But I think we need to get started and get going.
