I think culturally they have to just think, you know, like what the business thinks. So it's a, the cultural fit has, see, we are a very unique business in that way, culturally, right? As in, I've never said targets to anyone on the team, right? And I don't know how many businesses out there can say something like that,. You know, people will find a way to miss sell. If you miss sell, your customers are going to like you, your customers doesn't like you. It's eventually going to hurt you as a business...in the long run"
