Is Block Chain a Quasi Legal Application?
One of its key benefits is to a have distributed ledges where currently we have single ledges. So why has blot wy not replaced all land registries around the world, right? And i don't know the answer, but i imagine a part of it is, well, the existing land registrs worked as fine. We think that block chain is more of an application, more of a legal application, in smart contracts.
