The culture piece is such a big one, it was a huge draw to come to refined latis. If our messagi feels disconnected or academic or totally unrelated to the value that our clients and customers are deriving from the product, ore not adding value. But it comes down to having to really push to just get those conversations and make them with your audience. Think that in this fundamentally there's some kind of flugy belief that you can help someone else do their job better.
