What's the Longer Term Outlook for Oil Prices?

In two thousand eight, the oil price piqued it. I think it was a hundred and forty seven dollars per barrel. The all time peak was in two thousand nine, at one forty seven. And we are going down from here. As as europe ends up in recession, we think it's probably there. We're seeing china a rolling out nuclear. Even after the shock of fukashima, when they decided to close all their nuclear facilities down. So i think the big surprise is going to be nuclear.
