How to Maintain a Lean Body

So since the beginning of this maintaining my lean physique project I had several strategies. Some of them only worked for a week and after a week I realized that okay this just doesn't work maybe some of them worked for even two months but I did not stick with the same strategy throughout. That's the main takeaway here I guess and all of the setups that I tried made perfectly good sense rationally. If a client of mine proposed any of those to me and asked hey do you think this is a good setup that I could try I would say man it looks perfectly reasonable to me give it a go.
