If you're prone to these issues, this is going to be worse. We should have dinner three or even better four hours before bedtime because that's how long it takes for most of the food to exit our stomach. Some of the things that we can do include taking time to enjoy our food and eating in a relaxed manner. And again, we want to move towards a more high-fiber diet,.
