Japanese Americans in Prison Camps in the United States

Most of the people who were put in internment lived on the West Coast. Like I said, two-thirds were American citizens. These camps were set up and occupied in a matter of 14 weeks. On top of the fact that Japanese Americans in these camps were abused, people were shot and killed for walking too close to the perimeter. Food rationing was extremely stressful. This is literal prison camp conditions across the United States.
