How to Set Daily Expectations
The frequency of plotting is kind of the key here, that we do it every single day. We tend to have, let's say monthly goals and we plot where we are every month. But like you're pointing out with the analogy of say space travel, right, if a ship is traveling at the speed of light and it deviates by the width of a dime, it'll end up in a completely different galaxy or whatever. And I think that's kind of the situation here, where 31 days is too many to plot or is too many days to pass before you have to course correct.
