There are tons of other variables that go and that feed into sex drive. Make sure your training is mostly easy. Do some high intensity, but keep that high intensity really focused. Then start to think about things like nutrition, sleep, all the other factors that go in. And just know that wherever that you find running might affect you, you can reverse it.
